Habits to practice for healthier, happier and more meaningful lives:

  • Learn to listen to yourself.
  • Learn who else to listen to.
  • Read.
  • Journal daily or at least often.
  • Learn great lessons, some without the pain.
  • Look for people to admire.
  • Define what you consider great.
  • To be great you need to know great. To know great read/associate with great people.
  • Be specific. This helps your awareness.
  • Your attention creates by directing energy — Practice ‘attentioning’.
  • Know that ‘needing to be right’ is a deadly trap.
  • ‘Follow the money’ if you are trying to determine who is driving a particular process or point of view.
  • Ask, “Whose needs are being served?” as a way to see more deeply into proposals and events.
